IUCT has 7 laboratories, 2 zones destined to the Plant Pilot, and equipment specialized in the Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemistry. The technical area where are located occupies near 1000m2.

Sprectrometry laboratory has instruments to develop any analytical trial. Specific laboratory for the sprectrometry techniques, sprectrophotometry analyses and tests of control and stability.

Is being able to develop any technique of work in chromatographies, as at analytical level as at preparatory level. Also metal analysis through atomic absorption and studies of stability according with ICH.

Microbiology and Biotechnology Laboratory

Laboratory specialized in microbiology and equipped for this aim.
Area equipped with the specific equipment for the microbiological research with a non-polluting atmosphere and in suitable environmental conditions and asepsis.

Pilot Plant

Pilot Plant area is subdivided in different specific areas of work of the PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY and FINE CHEMISTRY and according with de security systems to the effective legislation and with the GMP quality guidelines.

It is organized in 2 main divisions or areas, that are as well structured in different special rooms of production pilot:
    Pharmaceutical Pilot Plant (14 rooms)
    Chemistry Pilot Plant ( 2 rooms)
